Sam Vickroy
Owner, Sam Vickroy, opened Ain’t Life Cool next to Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, FL in January 2023.
As a former tennis professional at Tops’l, Vickroy became interested in holistic therapies to reduce inflammation and pain from injuries.
After researching the latest technologies providing therapies to reduce pain and promote healing, he realized Ain’t Life Cool could help people not only suffering from physical injuries but also those seeking alternatives to opioids for pain management.
Sara Strohmeyer
Sara Strohmeyer, originally from Auburn, AL started working for Aint Life Cool in May 2023 after she graduated from the University of Montevallo with a B.S. in Mathematics. Sara grew up playing multiple sports but ultimately landed on basketball. During her collegiate career, she discovered cryotherapy and other recovery services to help reduce fatigue and heal specific injuries she endured during college.
In addition to working for Ain’t Life Cool, Sara is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Analytics and coaching youth basketball for NWF Dream. She is very passionate about helping people be their best and healthiest selves!
Bella
The Vickroy’s whoodle, Bella, is a regular fixture that provides her own specialized therapy services for clients at Ain’t Life Cool.
